Payments & Responsibilities of the Organiser

Our team at Studs Afloat are here to help you create Hens memories that will last a lifetime, and to make sure that everyone who experiences a Studs Aflaot Cruise has the best possible experience, it is a requirement that the Initial Booking Representative, The Lead Hen, Organiser or Group Leader, (whom from here on in will be referred to as the organiser) is responsible for and aware that:

An initial deposit, as agreed at time of initial booking is payable upon booking request. This deposit is subject to our cancellation policy and will be a set minimum.
The organiser is responsible for Studs Afloat Cruise booking and responsible for ensuring that all money, forms and informations due for a booking are supplied for in time by all members of the group travelling on the Studs Afloat Cruise.
The number of travellers who will make up the group travelling on the Studs Afloat Cruise will be decided at the time of the initial booking request by the organiser. If the number of travellers changes after this time additional fees may apply. Some Studs Afloat Cruises have minimum group sizes and this will affect the overall cost of your Studs Afloat Cruise in circumstances where your group fall below these required numbers.
Packages will not be confirmed until all monies have been received.
The final balance for any Studs Afloat Cruise must be paid in full at the requested time prior to the Studs Afloat Cruise commencement.
Any booking for Studs Afloat Cruise that is initiated and made within three weeks of the Studs Afloat Cruise taking place will require full payment from each member of the group, as arranged by the organiser within three days of placing the booking request. This timing is subject to change and the Studs Afloat Cruise consultant will review the specific timing of payments on a case by case basis and inform the organiser at the time of the booking request.
No documents, tickets, confirmations or vouchers for the Studs Afloat Cruise will be released to the organiser until the booking has been paid in full by each member of the travelling party (i.e all monies have been received).
The organiser must ensure that everyone travelling on Studs Afloat Cruise is aware of the terms and conditions of
The organiser must be aware that the booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received by due date and any payments will be subject to our cancellation policy
The organiser is responsible for ensuring that all travelling members of the Studs Afloat Cruise have finalised their payments by the final payment date.
The organiser is responsible for and acknowledges that they are providing details of all guests travelling on Studs Afloat Cruise, including but not limited to names, dietary requirements, fitness levels, special needs, payment specifications, group requirements etc. and that the Studs Afloat Consultant will pursue the booking request and offer advice based on the information supplied by the organiser. The organiser acknowledges that they are responsible for providing true and accurate information to Studs Afloat at the time of booking. Any misinformation provided by the organiser that impacts the Studs Afloat Cruise will be at the responsibility of the organiser and not the Studs Afloat Consultant.

Cancellation Fees:
Cancelled bookings may incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether or not the cruise has commenced. If the package is cancelled within three weeks prior to travel a 30% cancellation fee of gross fees will apply as well as any service provider fees. If the package cancelled prior to three weeks before travel a cancellation fee of 15% of gross fees as well as any service provider fees will be charged. Fees may also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are reissued.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances will Studs Afloat, or any other party involved in the creation, production, maintenance or distribution of Studs Afloat, be liable for any damages either direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential (including but not limited to loss of: profits, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity, use of data or other intangible losses) that result from any of the following :

the use of and reliance upon;
any inability to use;
any errors, omissions, interruptions, suspension, termination, deletion of files or email, mistakes, defects, viruses and other harmful creation, delays in operation, transmission or service response time, or any failure of performance by including without limitation those arising from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or any unauthorised access to data, records, programmes or services; any services or products, information or advice received through or advertised on or through any links provided on
Studs Afloat does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

If any jurisdiction doesn’t allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law :

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. As can be accessed from other places around the world with different laws from those of Australia, when you access you agree that the laws of Australia will apply to all matters relating to your use of
